DiD strives to ensure that all involved in our initiative can feel comfortable and safe. To this end, we have established a Code of Conduct that is literally endorsed by all involved. In addition, we are aware of differences, inequality and power relations and strive for diversity, equality and inclusion, in the relationships between all involved. We have established this in our Diversity, Equality and Inclusion Policy.
